Findings from the Mobile Kunji usage and engagement study suggest that frontline health workers regard the job aid as a colleague, crediting it with building their confidence and knowledge of key issues. Insights further indicate that the use of Mobile Kunji improves beneficiary trust, comprehension and acceptance of information provided by health workers. The study found encouraging differences by exposure in levels of knowledge and supportive attitudes related to birth preparedness, complementary feeding and family planning.
