Ritika Pandey

Ritika has been working at BBC Media Action India office since June 2011 in the Research and Learning team as a senior research officer. She has handled research portfolio under the Shaping Demands and Practices project (Bihar) and the Global Grant project (Madhya Pradesh and Odisha). She played a key role in managing the launch of Mobile Kunji and Academy in the state of Odisha.

Ritika secured her Masters in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), India. In a career over six years, she gained hands on experience in end-to-end execution of research on a number of domains, including maternal and child health, HIV / AIDS, social marketing, livelihoods and most importantly behaviour change communication.
