Antara is working as a Project Officer in the Shaping Demands and Practices (SDP) team since November, 2013. Equipped with a Masters in Social Work from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) and Diploma in Social Communication Media, Antara has worked in the field of development communication for four years on issues related to HIV AIDS, Child Rights and Mental Health. Besides project management, she has produced publications, written website content, research papers, articles, scripts, photo essays and developed communication strategies, ad campaigns and short films.
